The ulitmate financial instrument a business owner can secure is a line of credit (LOC).  GerenTeam Capital typically starts a client off with this loan product if they qualify.  The reasons are obvious...the business owner only pays interest and/or fees when and if they draw down on their LOC.  An LOC is the "safety net" all business owners desire.

GerenTeam Capital charges a one time "success fee" AFTER an LOC is secured, not before which is an inappropriate front fee.  GerenTeam Capital charges a percentage of the secured LOC's maximum credit amount.  This payment section is adjusted on a client by client basis, and depends on the points (%) charged for the delivered LOC.

Delivery of capital through a loan closing involves a Financial Services Fee that is pre-determined with the Client and is based on the amount of capital delivered.  When making payments for this Financial Service, the Fee amount will be adjusted prior to the payment being made.  The amount appearing below is an average figure, but will be adjusted just prior to the time of payment.

In the case of Finance Products designed to deliver capital to a borrower in the business of Acquiring, Rehabbing and Selling or Holding real estate properties (commonly known as "Fix & Flip" or "Acquire & Hold" lending), once Wayne Gerenstein identifies a lender who can deliver capital to a Client and provide them with a Proof of Funds (POF) Letter, an important financial tool in securing contracts to purchase properties, a Fee will be assessed.
